This is what you agree to when you join the private Odioka pilot. The privacy notice and pilot terms explain each point in more detail.

Taking part

• I am 18 or older. I understand the pilot is for adults only.
• I understand Odi is an experimental AI-guided wisdom and decision companion. It can be wrong.
• I understand Odi is not Papa, an ancestor, a prophet, doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial adviser or emergency service.
• I understand cultural and spiritual interpretations are not proof of supernatural causes.
• I understand my conversations are not continuously monitored by a person, and Odioka cannot contact emergency services for me.
• I understand Odi may remember my conversations, outcomes, patterns, reflections and dreams to improve later guidance for me, and that I can ask for a copy or deletion.
• I understand some of what I write is sent to an AI service provider to generate responses, as described in the privacy notice.

Sensitive information

I may choose to share sensitive information, such as health, religious or spiritual beliefs, family matters, sexuality or relationships, grief or mental health, or information about other people.

By giving this consent, I explicitly agree that Odioka may process the sensitive information I choose to share, only to give me guidance and to remember context for me. This consent is separate from accepting the terms.

I can withdraw this consent at any time from my Account page. Odi will then stop accepting new questions, dreams and reflections from me, and I can ask for my data to be deleted. Withdrawal does not undo processing that already happened, and deleted data may remain in encrypted backups until they expire.

I will avoid including full names, contact details or other identifying information about other people unless it is necessary to explain my situation.
