These terms apply to the private, invite-only Odioka pilot operated by Meta Infinity Nigeria Limited.

Who can take part

• The pilot is by personal invitation only. Your access is for you alone.
• You must be 18 or older. Accounts are never created for anyone under 18.
• Do not share your passphrase, setup link or account with anyone.

What Odioka is, and is not

• Odi is an experimental AI-guided wisdom and decision companion. It can be wrong, incomplete or out of date.
• Odi does not guarantee any outcome and its guidance is not a promise.
• Odi is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial adviser, religious authority, prophet or emergency service. It is not Papa, an ancestor or any deceased person.
• Cultural and spiritual interpretations are offered as interpretations, never as proof of supernatural causes.
• Odi does not make binding legal, credit, employment or medical decisions about you.
• Odioka cannot contact emergency services for you, and conversations are not continuously monitored. If you or someone else is in danger, contact local emergency services.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• use Odioka to harm, harass, threaten or exploit anyone;
• try to access another person's account or information;
• try to break, overload or bypass Odioka's security or usage limits;
• submit other people's sensitive information unless it is necessary to explain your own situation;
• use Odioka for anything unlawful.

Your content and ours

• What you write remains yours. You let us store and process it to provide Odioka to you, as described in the privacy notice.
• Odioka's software, design, research summaries and family-wisdom material belong to the operator or their licensors. You may use Odioka for your own personal, non-commercial purposes during the pilot.
• If you send feedback, we may use it to improve Odioka without owing you anything for it. We will not publish your conversations.

Changes, suspension and ending

• The pilot is experimental. Features may change, pause or end, and the pilot itself may end. We will try to give notice and the chance to request a copy of your data before your data is deleted at the end of the pilot.
• We may suspend or close an account to protect security, other participants or the service, or if these terms are seriously broken. Contact support if you think this was a mistake.
• You can stop using Odioka and ask for your data to be deleted at any time.

Limitation

Odioka is provided as a free experimental pilot. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not responsible for decisions you make based on Odi's guidance. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer or data protection law that cannot be limited.
